Thanks everyone. ♥ And as promised. Here is my tutorial. :)
GIF EFFECT ON IMAGES  I'm using Photoshop CS6 to make this. So not sure if it works for older versions of Photoshop. This is pretty quick and easy way to make this effect on still images. This way doesn't work on gifs because you have to do it different way and it is also really time consuming. So today I will just teach you how do it on still images. _____________________________ I will be using this image for this tutorial and I will be using an PSD for the coloring to make it quick and easy. I found the image on weheartit. And the PSD on tumblr.  X I: First you need the gif effects. I have found all of mine on tumblr. Here are some examples to use: X X X X II: Put both the image and the gif effect in Photoshop and look what the size it is on the gif effect. Then you re size your picked image to the same size as the gif effect. III: Here you add a PSD or make a new coloring all together on your image. It all up to you. And when you done that you mark your layers like this:  After you marked your layers, you click on Filter and then Convert for Smart Filter. Then I use Smart Sharpen to sharpen the image. I always change my Amount to what I think look good on a certain image. On this one I used these settings.  IV: After you sharpen the images you will drag over the image to the gif effect and put it under Layer 1. Like this:  V If you don't have the timeline up. Fix this with go to Window and click on Timeline. It should show up now. Then you mark all the frames in the timeline. Do the same on the layers but leave out the image you added. So it will look like this:   VI Click on the button on the left corner on the timeline. It is called Convert to video timeline.  It will look like this after you have clicked on it. Then you go up to Filter and do the same you did with the image before (Convert for Smart Filter). It should be like this when you done that:  VII Then you use the above layer (here it is Layer 40) and change the setting to Screen or Soft Light. I usually use Screen on mine. And then you are done with the gif effect. Now its time to save it to your computer. Go to File and save it using Save for Web with the setting GIF and I have these settings on mine. And this is the end result:  __________________
