I used photoshop, I download some free plugins, and in one of them was textures, I unpacked on my desktop and applied to my picture: filter-filter gallery-texture-texturise and chose custom texture (puzzles) , and I cut some pieces and move them around. You can always search on internet: how to make picture into puzzles.
