I haven’t been to work but I caught a bus to see a friend I had some anxiety over that but it was fine don’t touch anyway use you’re elbow to press the button etc.

I'm not well coordinated to do that but with winter coming up in Australia I'm wearing hoodies etc so use the sleeve.
