they do, but out of all the casts Zoe seems to be particularly close to Benedict, maybe it's because they had already worked together before in 'Star Trek Into Darkness' in 2013, so she knew him longer than the others.

Easy. The Gamora from GOTG 1 to Infinity War is dead and gone. I imagine in v3 the team will try to recruit the past Gamora from 2014, and Peter will try to reconnect with her too. Hopefully they call in love again.

^^^I get your disappointment, I feel that way too but it could be worse lol. I feel there is a chance for get them get back to where they were. I wouldn't mind if they somehow got the original Gamora back but cause of the rules of the Soul Stone I unfortunately can't see that happening.
