Agreed. I'm all for female empowerment.
But am glad they kept the show titled as this. Aren't shows based on books and such, usually the same title? Maybe not all the time I guess, but usually yes, right?

Yes, shows are named after one person of course, but usually that person is actually the MAIN MAIN character. But here it feels a lot more even with the three. The POV changes and you are not always with Geralt. Its like if Game of Throne was just titled Queen of Dragons. lol. Like, there were so many other characters that shared focus.

I'm not referring to the show title, I meant, in general. Why are the books titled that if it focuses on all three? Or were the books more heavily focused on Geralt and the show is different.

104 was okay, not my favorite episode. I understand it introduced that the 3 timelines are not in order, but I didn't care for the marriage SL between the daughter of the queen and the hedgehog dude

. I get what all that signified because I read about it, I just didnt think it was the most interesting. SO far I dont really care for Geralts storylines at all. iMO Ciri and Yennefer are FAR more interesting. I get that book readers like it because of the origin stuff but as a tv viewer watching for the first time... eh.

I loved watchin Yennefer try to escape the monster and making all those portals. That was cool. I also like that she tried to save the baby. Poor thing

. I just love her and I love watching her journey.

I also love Ciri. Not totally understanding her whole storyline and whats going on there but I am still enjoying it because i really like her character.

But I have no idea why people name their books the way they do. They just do.

Also guys, I'm trying to come up with a Board Guide for when the board goes up, any ideas on relationships/dynamics? I only can think of Geralt/Ciri, Geralt/Jaskier, and Geralt/Yennefer. Also, do we want threads for others like Queen Calanthe? Or does she seem to minor to have her own thread?

Geralt and his bard
Geralt/Yennefer

then maybe Geralt/his other ladies

I'm not going to volunteer to temp mod the board because I'm planning to apply to mod it later.

If everyone wants that, then we can totally do it I think.

Other Witchers - well, I know they weren't in the show yet much, but there are quite a few such as Vesemir, Eskel (he grew up together with Geralt), Lambert etc
