I know right.. I hate how Otis was like please stop and all that.. I mean, she can do whatever she wanted if she brought the guy over.. After his father left them, right?

Jean was extremely patient with Otis. He had absolutely no say in who she dated and brought to the house so he should have been grateful that she considered his feelings. He didn't even help her clean up the mess everyone made when he threw the party.

Otis/Maeve are going to happen, its pretty obvious.

I think its super inappropriate for parents to bring over people they are dating in front of their kids willy nilly. I feel like they should be more serious before bringing them around.

He's teenager and he knew what his mom was like.. I mean, it depend on the parent/kid... I mean, I have see some parent/kids are very opening and they don't have problem.. Unless if they do it in front of him.. That's another story.. I mean..

I think when Otis starts respecting his mom and learning how to get his point across, I could take him seriously. Jean doesn’t have to tread lightly with him anymore. Especially in a home where she’s the sole provider. He’s old enough to get a job and live on his own if his mother’s lifestyle bothers him. I wasn’t even allowed to bring people over under my parents’ roof! Not only did he bring Ola over to have sex but he had a whole party where people were drinking and having sex. My mother would have obliterated me but instead Jean just cleaned up his mess. Jean couldn’t have been more understanding.

True that.. I really forget about the whole party.. I was like.. why he allowed people to damage the house.. I felt like he was pissing off bec other students actually go to her, not to him?? I mean, I felt like he went on/off w/ her, and Eric too..
