i saw the first episode

im a little confused as to where this is being set, theres british accents, yet it looks like california? :shrug:

I took a glimpse and the houses, the town look what you'd typically find in the UK. It was also filmed in the UK.

did anyone here have an issue with the run time of this show?

50 minutes/ 1 hour, it should have been 20 minutes to half an hour. there was a lot of waffle, irrelevant and stuff could have been edited down?

not all shows have to be 1 hour long. eg casual, mozart in the jungle, forever

It is a pretty long length episode.

It does take place in England and I can tell this is made in Britain as their tv is much less taboo than North American shows unless it’s HBO produced.

Boy this was a graphic show :eek:

i for one am glad they gave gillian anderson her facial expressions

in the later episodes of the xfiles people criticized the show, namely how her face was frozen still like a statue.

I saw several posters for the show yesterday. Can't wait to start.
