Hey guys I was wondering have any of you seen the Netflix documentary titled ''Wild Wild Country''? I just learned of it today while searching for films on Netflix of Jim Jones & came across this story which I didn't even know about happened while I was just a baby in the mid 80's here in Oregon. The town named ''Rajneesh'' is now called ''Antelope'' in Wasco County.

OK. Good. So you've heard of the story? I was able to find a book about it titled ''The Rajneesh Chronicals'' by Win McCormick. Just reading the back cover is disturbing, but I'll try to get through the whole thing, just unsure when since I read a lot.

I have found on You Tube at least 1 local Portland new broadcast from the day when Bhagwan was arrested all the way out in Charlotte, N.C. Quite fascinating I think. Thanks for that link. I might checkout ''Dirty Money''.

I heard great things about Dirty Money, it's on my watch list, hopefully I can start this month.

Have you heard about the Netflix documentary The Magic Pill? It's about a diet by a celebrity chef called Pete Evans. A lot of controversy surrounding it.

Netflix urged to pull Pete Evans documentary

No. I haven't heard about it until today. Seems like it's probably best the show gets pulled though.

So I stared watching the show on Netflix, "The Staircase", the documents-series on true crime.

I'm on episode 3 and I like the style of the show. It not only follows the supposed crime and evidence but it's how they prepare for court, their own investigating on behalf of the defense.

Has anyone else watched this, what do you think of it?

I've only seen the trailer for it, I'll probably watch it at some point.

Like I said in another thread, I need to watch that. It's one of the best rated documentaries. Those earlier episodes are over ten years old.

I'm almost finished now, been binging the rest. I feel so bad for his kids. Grown they might be but he missed out on marriages/grand kids births. From the beginning I thought he was innocent and railroaded.

And it's just really sad to see the justice system fail like that.
