I don't think we know. Netflix barely ever reveals the reasons behind a cancellation.

Yeah, I would assume that this one is because it only starts to pick up after a couple of episodes and the characters (like Luke) aren't very engaging from the start so some people would've given up and given it a thumbs down?

Maybe, we don't really know what Netflix looks for which makes it hard to predict such things. They rely solely on subscriptions, so I'm guessing they look at how many people buy subscriptions for specific shows? If you finish a show, you are more likely to tell your friends who might not have Netflix yet.

I tried to watch this show a couple of months ago but gave up on it after about three minutes. However, this past weekend I watched the trailer then decided to give it another chance. I ended up binge-watching the whole season/ series, and I’m glad I did. I definitely would have watched the following season but alas there won’t be another. :/
