The original writer is still on board (thankfully) and Susan will be the Executive Producer but she has other projects going on and can’t direct this one.

The new director worked on the first movie though so thankfully, it’s not a completely new face.

And the cast playing the Covey family have been confirmed to return too! Not that I doubted it but it’s still nice to hear confirmation.

.... In the books, idk. I liked him book 1 but in book 2 he was sort of intolerable imo. I hope they fix that in the movies since LJ/Peter are back together.

Yeah i didnt like how secretive peter was in book 2. He should have just told LJ the truth. Its his g/f and shes not like Gen and wouldnt go revealing all her secrets. Its always annoying when people lie in books when they dont need to.

So excited. I watched Candy Jar and Alex Strangelove recently but neither really carried the charm of this movie.
