For once, I feel represented in a romantic comedy :love: and that makes me so happy.

The cast is gunning for a sequel pretty hard right now and I’m pretty sure that it’ll happen. :yay: *waits impatiently for the announcement*

From what I've seen from gifsets and such, they're pretty accurate to the book in terms on dynamics and character portrayal so huge recommendation. It's honestly so cute.

When can you see it, Mel? :yay: And yes, book fans seem to be pleased with how the movie turned out so that’s awesome. :) And honestly, Lana and Noah is a huge part of what makes this duo and movie works so well ... they’re just magic together. :love: Some of the lines could come off cheesy as heck but they executed it perfectly.

(Also look out for the author’s cameo in the movie ;) )

I so agree with this. The movie itself is good but Lana and Noah really made it something incredible and special.

:high_five: Such fantastic chemistry and best part of the movie, even though the entire cast is great.

I also love the relationship between the Covey girls and the Coveys in general. The sex talk convo with her dad and Chris talking to the dad about why he chose to be a gynaecologist ... those scenes were hilarious. :lmao:

The movie was so adorable! I don't think we've had such a good teen movie or rom com in a while.

I never read the books so I had nothing to compare it to & I wasn't spoiled so I was like wondering if we were supposed to be torn between Josh & Peter for LJ. Once Peter & Lara started the fake dating though I was gone for them! So much chemistry! I think one of my favorite moments was the phone lock screen scene at the party.... sooo cute!

Also was anyone else annoyed that Peter let Gen keep LJ's scrunchie? That bothered me the whole time :lol:
