OMG WOO! Now Anissa knows about her dad being BL and now her parents know she has powers! I loved when everyone found out those things. The fight between Jefferson and Anissa was interesting. So I take it Lynn realized it was Anissa right when she walked in and started beating up those guys?

Nooooo Khalil took Tobias' bait. Wtf whyyyy. And he was so mean to Jennifer.. it wasn't her fault he got shot and can't walk, so how dare he try to blame her.

I thought this episode was a bit dull at first, but then it started to get spiced up.
I cannot wait for next week's ep!!

yes i got the impression lynn knew it was her right away, but apparently jefferson didnt. that was an interesting fight indeed. so glad everyone knows now (well not jennifer)

im glad jefferson didnt kill tobias, but what happend to that guy he stood up at the clinic? he didnt have his back, like he promised. i hope he is ok.

I feel like Jennifer isn't going to know about Anissa for awhile... maybe when she herself gets her powers.
Or it could be sooner if Anissa decides to tell her. Or it could even be later on.

Oh yeah I hope that guy is okay too.

Another good ep...

1. Looks like the detective (what is his name, anyway?) is getting second thoughts about BL being a bad guy. He's starting to wonder where the lieutenant(?) is getting his intel.
2. As I stated last time, what kind of deal does Gambi have w/Tobias? And now we find out that he worked w/Lady Eve at that agency he mentioned beforehand. Exactly what did they do there? And how long is he gonna keep this from Jefferson?
3. At least now we know what was causing Jeff's headaches; hopefully they won't come back again.
4. I'm glad that the show is touching on socially relevant issues what w/the whole Confederate statue scene. And was that Akon in the crowd scene?
5. Lynn's assistant is all kinds of shady; hope she can keep an eye on him.
6. Glad to know that Jennifer had dropped Khalil. I did feel sorry for him...until he went off the rails blaming Jen for what happened to him. I'm sure if she thought someone was gonna get shot at, she would've stayed home herself. And then to call her out of her name...just so wrong. Boy, bye.
7. Finally! Anissa knows her dad is BL, & he knows that she has powers. Now it's time for Jen to be let in on the secret...

They showed a rare scene on TV where a man & his daughter beat each other up in this episode. I had forgotten it was her too, but not surprised Black Lightning ended up getting the best of her. Enough already with Lynn complaining about him being Black Lightning. If she's so worried then she should convince Jefferson to move to a safer city where a superhero isn't needed. There's plenty of em in this country. This is why I'd prefer to still be Batman than Black Lightning as there would be no family to worry about vise versa. Makes things easier while fighting crime. Instead there's a daughter to help out. Just have to wait & see I guess how well that ultimately works out.
