yes he turned it down. he wanted to be black lightning full time and the school needed a principal who wasnt going to be running off at odd times doing things that couldnt be explained. said the school needed lowery as their principal

yes. i think the school needs someone that will be there full time and has their full attention. although i dont think lowery is the best person either for that job. he is way to strict. but hopefully jefferson's little pep talk will help with that

Yeah I agree. Lowery isn't the best person, but I too am hoping that he's less strict now.
As I can understand Jefferson not taking the job  He is giving the school a better chance, with him not principal, because he always has things that come up and he has to do those things.__________________
