They hinted at it in the preview between Conrad, Nic, and the new doctor guy (played by Warren Christie).

Wow, this episode was better then the first.

I think you all covered the thoughts...I love that even if Conrad isn't doing what "he is supposed to" he has so much heart for his job that you can't help but love him.

Jess, I saw the promo for the triangle also...I hope Nic tells him she is moving on cause he obviously is trying to win her back and has told her as much.

I started rewatching this show because I stopped mid season in S1 and forgot the storylines.. gosh just finished this one again! Micah's story is so sad
despite Conrad blaming the chief for being corrupt, he's not always being the guy who's playing it by the rules
