Halloween at Chastain proves to be just as spooky as ever when Conrad is tasked with diagnosing a young woman admitted to the hospital with extreme night terrors. Meanwhile, Devon faces his first Halloween in the ER, Nic panics over her decision to bring her newly sober sister to Mina's epic annual Halloween party and Bell finds an interesting way to make use of his new assistant in the all-new "Nightmares" episode of THE RESIDENT airing Monday, Oct. 29 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. Good episode. Still haven't recovered from the flashback. I knew we were getting a flashback with Conrad as kid but definitely did not see that one coming.

Like it that the show can surprise me like that.

Worried about Nic's panic attack, makes you wonder if that is a development since she lost the baby or from something else.

That flashback at the end!

The way her body bent when she hit the floor was so grotesque! Did Marshall have Conrad’s memory blocked, I wonder? I’m sure we’ll find out!

Loved seeing Conrad & Nic lying in bed together.

And when he kisses her hand! Gah! They’re the freakin’ best.

Jess, I was wondering about that, too, about Nic, and if she was possibly pregnant, or she has some sort of illness we don’t know about that could have had a part in her miscarrying...

This was a good episode, it was appropriate for the halloween theme. The nightmares the girl was having were pretty eary. I liked getting a bit of backstory for Conrad and getting more of an emotional episode for Emily but it still wasnt one of my favs from this season.

It's nice that we get a closer look on who Nic really is. Especially when it comes to her past.
