I kinda like that the show is showcasing that the health care system is a business as well and it's about making money and clearing reputations of doctors
I work in the health care system as well, I have never seen scandals like these where I work haha but I do know that it's a lot about where you can save or make money! Of course not all doctors think that way and the nurses especially don't... __________________

That 'business' can be said about most professions. Even school districts but in a different way. Since we give free public education, where we feel more like a 'business' is how we increase classroom numbers so schools can hire less teachers and save more money since we do get funding from the government.

We also don't get paid enough. You don't go into teaching for the paycheck as they say. It is our passion for the children!
That's why they dislike Special Education so much. We bring down the scores. __________________

Although bills for hospitals/doctors go through an independent place to be checked over, etc so it really is a lot harder to just run extra tests for no reason.
