The hard part for me was introducing him at all. It’s going to be a couple that survives the vicissitudes of life and doesn’t fall for other people… And we decided that it was more interesting to make [Alec] the kind of person who ultimately breaks more rules than Conrad would break. And Conrad realized, “Wait a minute, there is a bridge you do not cross in trying to save people.” Alec becomes an example of when it’s going too far, and buying organs is one of those things.

The whole article was interesting to read I am glad they never go for the love triangle what this show make so special is that a show can survive showing a couple who go to good and bad and still are together and now happily married with a baby on their way.

This show has briljant writers better then Grey’s because all the characters are having a great storyline.

I agree Never saw Nic with Dr. Jude Silva but I was worried about Alec thank god it never happened.

I never took Jude seriously because it was always just about Conrad and Nic.
