If Netflix won't keep them.... HBO would be the only other channel or SyFy that I could see TP working well on without cutting out the violence and sexiness.

Starz and Showtime along with that, but another thing to take into account is budget. The Netflix shows worked so well because the company all but gave production a blank check and not to mention all the creative freedom they had (Showtime forced the writers of Dexter to keep him alive) so Network interference can happen too

I don't see what chance Punisher or Jessica Jones have if Netflix is willing to axe Daredevil.

It seems clear that Netflix is done with all the Marvel shows... but, if The Punisher isn't subject that 2 year clause, I do hope he somehow gets picked up by a different network or appears in other MCU shows/movies. The Punisher is my favourite Marvel series.
