It just doesn't add up. Now her loving Frank would make more sense at this point.

Here are some quotes....

"Please just... just help me, Karen. Help me."
"Hey, when am I going to see you?" "You want to?"
"Just really good to see you." "It’s good to see you."
"You’re still all heart, huh?"
"Things got this bad, Frank?" "Wanted to say hello."

Or a non quote title....

We waited so long for Frank to say Karen's name and in The Punisher he couldn't stop saying it.
