That's probably how they'll do it since the time jump might not be that big. I guess it all depends on the time jump and what they have planned. If Frank crosses over to DD S3, then maybe his storyline there will bring Fisk over to S2 for the first half before Jigsaw appears in the 2nd half.

I think that they not going to focus on him become Jigsaw in second season since that one was huge part of Frank, but I'm sure that we will see how Billy after he woke up from hospital or escape until we will see the development of him to be Jigsaw.. They aren't going to jump to there right away since he need to select people to become his people..

I think the development is already partially there. He's going to want revenge for Frank messing up his face once he wakes up so the turn into Jigsaw is already set up.
