If they split deanoru i‘ll get really angry. Maybe karolina and xavin made sense in the comics but surely not in the show.

I do think they ended the season on an interesting note. And it would be fun/interesting to see Xavin and Nico having to work together for Karolina.

 i'm not surprised tho 'cause that's literally what xav does in the comics.it's interesting because in the comics, xavin was pretty much a rebound for karolina. she'd just gotten rejected by nico and was feeling really depressed (not knowing anything about her alien self, being alone romantically, coming out as a lesbian). i'm not saying she didn't later develop some real feelings for xavin, but there was a reason she accepted xavin's proposal so readily. meanwhile, in the show, it's a totally different situation. nico returns karolina's feelings and karolina knows way more about her alien heritage. even in the comics, xavin knew that karolina never stopped loving nico. that was why xavin was always a super jerk towards nico. it would be interesting to see the show have it be so that xavin accepted k/n and became allies with nico instead. i totally get that k/x have their fans, but i just don't see how it would work in the show, honestly. nico is who karolina's always loved, in every canon. and i can't see k/n breaking up when they've already gone through the worst together.  |
