They're not my favorite family but both Catherine & Geoffrey love Alex. I do feel like they didn't really show it during the early eps but I realized it when they finally saw Alex in danger when Jonah tried to kill the kids.

I agree.

We've got more screentime on them, but there's still a little lacking there. But you can tell how much they love their son. And I do love that they straight up went to the Church to talk with Jonah. Going at it head-on.
