i love winter too, but it's times like this when i want it to end. up here in central ny we get winter from november to april and it's exhausting after a while. i don't mind snow, but constant freezing weather is no fun.

Having a night where I can't seem to fall asleep... which sucks when I got to work like in 5 hours and 40 minutes.

Been adding stuff on a site to be 3D printed.. Not sure when I will actually get the stuff printed but someday. Some things are just impossible to find online otherwise.

Nowadays about the only thing I like about winter is the lack of insect activity.

Amy, that's because you live in Texas where you experience heat all the time so cold weather is very much welcome. I'd do with some very cold months here as well but we only get "cold" months here for 2 months.

Twisty, you sound like my friend who lives in NY too. Anytime it gets to 73F there (I had to convert, we use Celsius here), she gets really happy. That temp over here, is way too cold and we rarely get temps that low here.

Johnnie, LMAO. Mosquitoes are totally gone when it's cold, at least. And UGH, I hate it when that happens to me: not being able to sleep and waking up in the middle of the night. It rarely happens but I notice it happens when I'm very tired or stressed out.

Don't blame ya for spending extra time. I always spend extra time with my mom when she comes to visit. I'll be going down to visit my sister towards the end of April, I should probably think about buying my ticket soon.

Mosquitoes seem to love me though. Everytime I go out I'm always bitten.

Johnnie, your sister lives far from you? My only family member who lives far from me is my sister who lives in another country so we rarely see her.

^ going good. busy with work. though tomorrow (saturday) i have tickets to see the women's college basketball sweet sixteen games in albany, ny. and then i'm going to the elite eight game on monday.

About 2 hours or so by bus. I don't drive... so I don't see my family too much. As for tickets... I'm not sure what I paid last time... though I imagine it'll be around 80 for a round trip.

Small town in Canada, never bothered to get my license. I live like a 60 second walk to work, could be less.
