The Mole story will happen on the show.
Topher was sort of already confirmed by the actor himself. He posted a photo of his script.
Xavin is also confirmed to appear this season.There was a photo posted taken by someone who visited the set who took a photo of the script.
The Hostel makes an appearance for sure.
Jonah's story will end before the end of the season confirmed by Stephanie
His story is connected to the comics. It's a bit of a puzzle but you can find it out what he is.

I thought they didn't have the rights to specific skrull characters?

I first believed that too. But they can change the story. Like they did with the Deans. They can change this one.

yeah like maybe they could change xavin's role so he stays far away from karolina (and nico) ....

it's not like xavin could be a super skrull though. i'm positive super skrulls are not allowed in the mcu.
