Though don't get me wrong, him telling Nico that he likes Gert is BIG but Gert won't be feeling neglected/ignored if Chase was actively pining for her.

I agree Lindsay. I hope that Chase does spend time season pining for Gert so Gert has no doubt that he really cares about her before they start up a relationship

And they're kind of in limbo too in that final ep. We know where Chase's head is at but Gert is unsure right now. Yes she likes him a lot but she also pushed him away about the whole sex thing they did in ep 9.

I can imagine. I'd also think the same way. What if Chase regrets it later on? He needs to prove to her that the sex isn't a one-time thing.

Yeah you could tell that he wasn't happy hearing Gert say those things. I know he was feeling insecure but he should have spoken up and told Gert that he did not feel the same way about what happened. I bet Gert would have let her wall down and admitted the truth as well.

Though I hate the situation they were on because they can't really talk about it. And then there was a lot of opportunities where they could have talked about it on ep 10 but they were paired off with other characters.
