I think Gert may be my favorite female character on the show. It's a toss up between her and Nico.

And no meds now! They mentioned her medicine in the pilot. And then again in the finale. That she doesn't have any. Will be interesting to see how that develops for her in S2.

I think Old Lace has become a sort of medication for her, a way for her to cope better.

When I found out that Gert has a connection to a dinosaur on the show, I'm like "Okay, that's it. She's my favorite."
