For a week now I've been doing something called "intermittent fasting" which is wear you fast after dinner, until dinner the next day. So dinner is the only meal you eat. Well I've been doing fine, even been making it through work without issues. Out of the blue I woke up today and can barely move without getting sick.

so I don't know if it's from fasting, or maybe I caught a virus or something?
