Finally started watching Black Mirror. The first episode was disgusting and made me really uncomfortable. I also kept wondering why people would even tune in to see this, bleh. But it also made me think of David Cameron and I remember people wondering if Charlie Brooker knew about the picture before but it was a pure coincidence, quite bizarre one. When the second one started I said out loud: omg, is this Daniel Kaluuya?

He was brilliant in it. The ending of the episode was sad and depressing though.

Yeah, there are a couple of episodes were I just "Nope'd" so hard and 1x01 is definitely in the Top 5 of those.

I have to finish season 3 and then I can start the 4th season. Some episodes are weird but all of them left me thinking.

Yes, I watched one more episode, so I finished season 1.

BTW, Netflix has an exclusive deal to distribute Black Lightning in all markets (besides the US) with a weekly delay, The Pilot is already available.

I saw that

I find CW to be quite weird with their deals with Netflix. Like I get weekly updates on shows like Arrow, Flash and Riverdale but not Supergirl and Legends of Tomorrow.

It depends on distribution rights in each country, we don't get The Flash weekly because a TV channel has the rights, I think we only have two seasons on Netflix.

I don't get any of those on Netflix. It's interesting to see though, if I go to another European country the different section of things available.

Yeah, it all depends on who has distribution rights. I know that Germany doesn't have The 100 on Netflix but they have TBBT which we don't.

I'm at 2x4 for BM now.
I like it, but gosh it's weird at times.
The first episode definitely really made me uncomfortable

I wasn't a fan of 2x02 either, really.

2x01 was a good one
