This wasn't aimed at me, but asking anyway

I watch The 100, but not Supernatural or Grimm.
Can I watch Black Mirror?

It's supposed to be really good, so it went on my to-watch-list.
But I'm scared to start

Definitely but perhaps not all of them? The beauty of the show is that you don't have to watch them in order whatsoever.

1x01 - So very uncomfortable, but not scary (just like.... REALLY uncomfortable)
1x02 - Is fine to watch
1x03 - A lot of tension but not like supernatural tension or anything.

2x01 - More emotional than anything
2x02 - Freaking tense, it's fooked up but if you made it through S3 and 4 of The 100, it's probably alright.
2x03 - Very political but in a blunt way
2x04 - The same tension I had watching 1x03

3x01 - Is fine to watch, for sure.
3x02 - scared me quite a bit, has supernatural tension and do not recommend watching in the dark
3x03 - Fooked up in many ways, but it's not scary, loads of tension though
3x04 - Gorgeous episode
3x05 - Couldn't get into it really.
3x06 - A messed up version of a Crime show

4x01 - A cool and messed up space adventure
4x02 - Parenting gone wrong, but I liked it.
4x03 - Tension and death
4x04 - Another fun episode
4x05 - A lot of tension, and I did not care for it. It was a bit more like supernatural tension, I feel.
4x06 - Messed up af... in many ways. It's not really scary but more gruesome and cringeworthly (in a good way? It's not like the episode is cringeworthy... it's hard to explain)

I put those in bold that are super easy to watch. If you need recommendations after that, let me know.

Thanks for that Mel! That helps!

I can deal with gore . But I really don't do well with supernatural tension. That is one of the worst things to me.

If a show is a Netflix original but only outside of the US (and Latin America I think) would it be able to be part of the board?

From Dusk Till Dawn The Series is marketed as a Netflix original outside the US. But in the US it airs/aired on the El Rey network. So I was wondering if it being a Netflix original outside the US would still qualify it (if there's enough interest I guess) for a thread (or threads) to be posted on the Netflix board.

I think though even if you watch it on Netflix in the US it still does the Netflix Original logo thing in the beginning. It's been a while since I've rewatched though.

Thanks for your list, Mel! I'll give the easy ones a shot, at least.

I know I'm going way ahead but I had this idea: If we get the board, it would be beneficial to move threads from closed boards like Sense8 or OITNB to the Netflix board and let the people who were on fan/support lists know. Something we'd have to ask Johnnie about to see if it'd be possible but I wanted to get your input as well.

I guess that's something to consider, though technically those shows are not Netflix originals and just have international deals to be shown outside of the core market.

Here's a list of the ones they have exclusive distribution rights for:

You're welcome for the list, let me know what you thought of them.

Moving threads won't happen. Obviously I cannot say for sure, but Netflix is a more general board so it's not the same topic. F.e. when a tv board closes but an actor from that show gets a board, those threads don't get moved either. It makes the TV board incomplete. If you wish, you could try to contact those on a supporterlist for the show and ask if they're interested to post. But I'd only do that if you notice the board is lacking traffic. (Just my opinion)
