Kit Harington's bromance with Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje now extends beyond their work on "Pompeii." The former "Lost" star also landed a role on "Game of Thrones," where Harington plays main character Jon Snow. The Hollywood Reporter dropped the "Game of Thrones" casting news into a story about Akinnuoye-Agbaje being cast in Jay Roach's "Trumbo." Apparently Akinnuoye-Agbaje will be playing a character not from George R.R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" novels named Malko. Malko could be placed in any storyline, but several are being expanded in Season 5 and will need new characters: Daenerys in Meereen, Arya in Braavos, Tyrion and Varys' journey and the new setting of Dorne. In all likelihood, he'll end up in one of those versus at King's Landing or on the Wall. In "Pompeii," Harington and Akinnuoye-Agbaje played gladiator allies set against the backdrop of Mt. Vesuvius destroying Pompeii. Here's hoping Akinnuoye-Agbaje gets to show off his fighting skills just like Harington did after his work on "Pompeii." "Game of Thrones" Season 5 is slated to premiere in spring 2015.

A FILM-MAD schoolgirl had an exclusive one-to-one interview with heartthrob actor Kit Harington, best known as Jon Snow in the hit TV series Game of Thrones. Dorothy McCormack, 14, who attends Pilton Community College in Barnstaple, got to quiz the top actor, who stars in the sweeping First World War film, Testament Of Youth. Dorothy, from Instow, attended a special preview screening of the movie before quizzing the star about playing poet and soldier Roland Leighton in the moving screen adaptation of the poignant memoirs of Vera Brittain. “Kit was really nice to meet and interesting to listen to,” said Dorothy, who is a junior reporter for education charity Into Film. “He was so down to earth and I really enjoyed meeting him. He gave some good answers about how war affected people and what we should learn about that experience.”
