But that’s the beautiful thing that I’ve realized about meditation, there is no way to fail at it. You can NOT fail at meditation. It’s a daily practice. Practice...it’s never perfect. Like I always say anyway, perfection is boring! Just the act of sitting down and stopping is half the battle. Sometimes I will go the entire 20 minutes without being able to clear my head. But as long as I stay with my mantra, or come back to it when I realize I’ve lost it, I get the same benefits. And there is no right meditation, only the right meditation for you. Anyway, that wasn’t meant to be preachy....I just have people ask me these days how I always seem so calm and happy....well, there ya go. Have a great weekend everyone. Maybe try to find a meditation practice this weekend that you enjoy.
