They probably though the NCT rotational group would work because Japan makes it work. But they tried it with Super Junior and it didn't work well so I don't know why they tried it again with NCT They might scrap the units if it does end up being successful.

It's one thing to have a main group that does sub units now and then, but continually rotating members...sigh. I'll never get it. I hope this works out for NCT or I don't know what'll happen next for them.
