I'm literally waiting for Michael Sheen to go to NYC (for Prodigal Son shooting) but it looks like he's already there? I'm so confused.

But as for part 3, still no news if they've already started shooting.

I think that they can do it in the studios we have one was in NJ and one in Queens or Brooklyn.. I can't remember which one..

I'm gonna assume that they haven't started shooting yet since London is on lockdown. Now I'm wondering if the 2022 release date will be moved again.

For big movies like this usually 5-6 months. If they started shooting last October, then I assume they have only been shooting for 3 months before the UK lockdowns so they're not done yet.

At least, the movie started production but stopped due to the lockdown.

Yep. So they have something but with another lockdown happening, not sure now when they'll finish shooting. Tentative release date for part 3 is still scheduled in July 2022.

Tbh, I think we'll just need to live through this pandemic. There are vaccines available so I guess pretty soon everything else will go back to "normal".

They have to fill in all the CGI in after filming is done. That takes awhile to do.

^ Yeah, they always can able to do that from their home.. Bec I was watching one of Disney Plus, they were doing the Soul movie which that happen during covid-19 happen, so they took everything from studio to home or they have to buy it as long they can do the zoom meeting and all that..

Yeah I've seen TV shows and other movie franchises that have done post-production at home. That would be roughly 2-3 months depending on how many will work on it.
