I was under the impression that what they did to Thea (who was either near death or just died that it had to be done on someone who recently died, most of Team Arrow wouldn't have known about the procedure when Sara died, I don't think.)

I meant after they brought Thea back to life (she must've died before that without a machine breathing for her for hours). I guess they were quite busy, and probably didn't have easy access to the lazarus pit before Ra's died But it seems they will dig up Sara after all! And apparently it works on decompsed bodies as well :')

Some speculate that Rip Hunter time traveled, got to Sara either before or after they buried her, and put her into the Lazarus Pit. That's theory seems the most plausible one to me.

I agree that that makes the most sense, Though I have to say thatI think that it is more likley that it is after they buried Sara, Ohterwise it was casue a paradoox since they allll remember burring. I hope that makes sense her,
