When we remind the campaign supporters to vote through PM are we allowed to also PM supporters in the Cookie thread?

Because we have 56 supporters so that's over half the votes we would need already!

This is what it says in the rules:

Campaign organizers can ONE TIME ONLY PM posters on appropriate appreciation, support, and other related threads elsewhere on Fan Forum asking them if they'd like to join the campaign (by posting on the thread via #1), and have their names added to the Appreciation/Support List on the Campaign thread on the Requests forum, and receive monthly reminders about votes. A separate list of people who have been contacted and who have responded that they prefer not to be PM'd should be maintained since continuing to PM these people would be considered spam and basis for disqualification.

So basically we can only PM people on the Campaign thread list, BUT we can PM everyone on the Cookie thread telling them about the Campaign thread to see if they wanna be added

everyone make sure you don't ask for votes anyone on FF though.

we can show people in Cook appreciation threads to the campaign thread, but we can't ask for votes. the only place we can put "vote for David Cook" is in PMs to the supporters in this thread [one time only] and in our signatures/icons. anything else has to be the campaign thread. I'd hate to get him eliminated from the polls, it happened with my Chace and Big Brother... it sucks.
