Just finished watching Uptown Girls. Such a great movie

Uptown Girls is sweet. I'm completely obsessed with the last ballet presentation. And the lines Dakota says are so deep. The "every story has an end, but in life, every ending is just a knew beginning" just gets to me.

Yep, the ballet at the end was great

And I thought it was really sweet when, near the end, Dakota says "grownups never stay friends with kids for very long" and Brittany says "I don't see any grownups around here" and Dakota says "I do"

But my #1 favorite line in the entire movie is when Dakota says to Brittany "act your age, not your shoe size"

Aww that scene with the grown up thing is emotional.

That other one you mentioned is funny so is the "grow up" one

Another one I really love is when they're at the tea cups and after they ride, Ray starts hiting Molly and then hugs her

Looks like Dakota's in talks to play some character named Jane in the Twilight sequel New Moon. Not a fan of the idea cause I really don't like this saga but if she does I'll do this sacrifice for her and watch the movie hehe

Aw, dude! Her in Twilight? Yeah, I think we sare the same thought about this, but if you watched the remake of War of the Worlds for her, I don't see why you wouldn't watch NM

Dude, I didn't know the WotW story when I went to see it. I mean, I did, but I hadn't seen the original. Believe me, the Twilight thing is worse for ME.

I say horrible things about it :X

Maybe I'll even read the book for her. Dakota, what do you make me do?

OK, taking my hate for the series out of the question...I don't know if this will be good for her career.

I know, when I first heard she might be in the next Twilight movie I was like

I had never heard of Twilight before that movie came out and have never had any interest in seeing it, but I'll probably see this one if she's in it.

I think she'll do it. She seems excited about it and said she's a fan herself. Oh, well. Let's see how things are gonna go. At least they're making changes for NW since they didn't like some things from TL.

I skipped through parts and saw the name Jane several times but didn't really understand, lol. I know she's in Eclipse as well. But BD I don't know.

Maybe in the end it's a good thing. It can help her get her board
