Yeah, it is. She talks about it briefly in the Oprah interview, you should check that out.

She's 14 now

I thought she looked beautiful on Oprah. She didn't dress older then she looks or anything, and her hair & makeup was very natural and flowy. I really love that about her. She's 14 and she looks it, she doesn't try and look 20 like other girls.

I agree Meg. She looked just right on Oprah. There are a lot of news, new pics to post, there's also a tSLoB's making of, but I'm really busy right now. I promise to post it all in the OP when I get the time.

Dakota actually drives pretty well, considering it's her first time... intereviews with Ellen are usually funny
