Yes & no. It's about all "guardians": Santa, Easter Bunny, Tooth Fairy, Sandman, etc. You could really watch it anytime of the year. And it is animated for those that don't know.

I actually bought this so my friend's kids & my niece could watch it, but I secretly bought it for Chris.
