He hasn't even promoted the movie with the cast yet and wasn't at the D23 expo since he was just announced as part of the cast that time.

I didn't think it was a recent pic because Rose doesn't look post partum in it, and her hair is so much longer. But it's hard to say.

That's true as well. Although I had a co-worker who, after giving birth, looked so thin and there was no traces of her giving birth. But she is skinny though.
I guess a surefire way to know is to get a new paparazzi photo or a new event photo of Kit. Is this just about GoT or will there be some cast interviews? __________________

It looks like they're just going to marathon all 8 seasons of GOT. I was hoping we'd get new cast interviews and hear Kit say that he still hasn't watched the final season.
