Since S8 aired on HBO and when it ended, Kit has been on a much needed sabbatical so I'm glad we'll see him on a TV guesting soon.

I think you're right He hasn't talked about it after the finale has aired. Which is good, he took his time to recover, and that also gave him time to think through what he wants to say and how he wants to say it

Finally he said something about the show now. We all already know this but it's good to know that Kit has confirmed this:
