Usually I think so , but I don't think it's a rule, I imagine celebrations are left at the discretion of posters

I think it's up to the board. Some celebrate 5k, some don't.

I agree, it's not a rule. It's still a celebration, it's a party for the board and because we have done so well with this board so far we do deserve it, so why not!
