Yeah Arya isn't meant to just stay at WF which also means she won't be seeing the rest of her family and I'm fine with that.
That's also my main gripe about Jon's SL. They teased us for 7 seasons about his heritage and it was the biggest SL for Jon (imo) but it's really disappointing how that one panned out. __________________

Also as a lowkey Gendry & Arya shipper, I felt disappointed with their ending especially with how Gendry "returned" and was given a so-so SL.

I didn't really shipped them, but I also didn't dislike it. I was happy to see Gendry having a storyline and closure of his arc in the end. Gendry and Arya sleeping together just to then having Arya disregard him and his feelings like that was sad. IMO it would've been better if they hadn't slept together and just kept in that flirting will they/won't they vibe, or if they had had a better connection in the last season (guess in the end, it all comes down to the short season and lack of time for proper development)

Yeah it was disappointing their SL, I didn't like it. But I'm still happy with how things ended for Arya. There could've been stuff that I wanted with her that wasn't developed properly but I'll take the ending she got.

I'm kind of relieved we didn't get Arya's SL in that recent ep we watched. I'm not too excited abou Arya this season but I do want to focus on her scenes because I zoned out on most of it when I first watched S5. :lol;

They may have dragged Arya's SL in S5 plus we didn't get her in that recent ep that we re-watched. They can afford to do that in the past seasons too (not have other SLs appear in the ep). No wonder S7/S8 was so rushed.
