Yeah, I'm feeling that as well... the season hasn't exactly been that interesting
 I guess Hardhome was so great that we forgot the rest of the season __________________

I do remember seeing that ep for the first time and was so impressed. Plus we talked about that ep at work for days.
 Also it wasn't the 9th ep, which is always the ep a GOT fan looks forward to, so it was a surprise.  __________________

Tbh, I wasn't expecting anything for that ep because, as we've seen, S5 has been so-so and much of the eps have been a lot of talking and very little action. But after seeing Hardhome, I guess they saved the budget of that season for that ep.

I always had high hopes for the 9th episode, so the 8th usually just passed by without much surprise... but Hardhome was way too intense!! I remember being so hyped after watching it.... probably because the season had not been that interesting
