Yeah especially cause he's shown distaste for the Wildlings so it was very possible that he'll double cross Jon when Jon brought the Wildlings back with him.

I agree! Before he was more wild, sure he had his bear story, but that wasn't so much as funny, more like weird. But after season 6 he just became hilarious
