Awesome. Just a 3 months delay for The Eternals so that's not bad at all. I"m sure by the end of this year, the whole world has recovered from this crisis.

I hope so. It doesn't feel that way. But that's probably because we're in the middle of it. Anyways, phase 4 looks good. I was excited about Black Widow too. And I'd forgotten there was a Shang-Chi movie.

But I'm also excited about Phase 4 The trailer for Black Widow was really great, and I'm already on the edge of my seat for the Eternals and the next thor

Lucky for the Eternals they've wrapped shooting already so the post-production stuff is the only thing delayed.

I'm not a big MCU person. I barely know what "Phase 4" is supposed to mean. But I do see the odd movie if they're doing something I find interesting. I do find it bizarre that so many obscure characters are getting movies. I'm also interested in the shows that are going to be on Disney +. Ms. Marvel and She Hulk especially.

Even though I like DC, I tend to like MCU movies better. Have in mind that I do not know comics, my contact with most of them are through animated cartoons and the movies.
Phase 4 are the movies after Avengers Endgame, where the Infinity stones' saga ended, MCU divided the movies by phases.

I'm not a big comics fan too. I just watch the movies and sometimes I come in blindly like with The Avengers for me. But I do try to watch them all because I like Marvel more than DC.

I'm still unfamiliar with Phase 4 but I guess once we do get all of those movies, we'll be familiarized eventually.

I'm not either, but Marvel do have the better movies. Pretty split when it comes who has the better TV shows though

Comics are pretty vast. It's like saying you're into television or books. Superheroes are just one facet, they just tend to dominate. I've been reading them off and on almost all my life so my tastes changed. Stuff I like or dislike says more about me, than about the comics themselves. And I think unless you started reading the comics in the 1930s/40s, everyone saw a movie, t.v. show, or cartoon first. I'm not really a purist.

Lindsay, phase 4 has a lot of obscure characters. The Eternals being among them. I just barely know who some of these characters are.

Marvel has always been my preference both with comics and movies. But DC has some great stuff too. And the last comic book movie I truly loved was Aquaman which is DC.

Between Aquaman and Wonder Woman, which one did you like more?

I definitely liked Aquaman better. I actually didn't like Wonder Woman at all, which is a shame because she's one of my faves.

Btw, I just read that The Eternals uses a lot of practical effects rather than green screen. Maybe this means the post production time will be shorter?
