Work is busier than usual for me specially being the end of the month but I'm already getting ready because I know next week will be very tiring

Me too. I only have tomorrow left for month end but I can manage.

Finally no more storm here but it's still very bleak weather. I'm not missing the sun so this is okay to me.

Si, yes OMG. The traffic is here is so bad. I really wish the government would do something about it already. And same. I really need the weekend to relax especially with a busy month end.

Julie, do you often garden? My mom has been buying so many plants lately, I think we need to build a greenhouse soon. Every week when I visit, there's a new bloody plant.

Sam, probably dinner on Saturday and visiting relatives on Sunday. How about you?

I overslept today so I was late for work. I didn't even panic about it as I was laughing the whole time because I wasn't even tired, I just overslept. I think it has to do with the weather as it has been raining here for a while now and it's so tempting to sleep. Good thing everyone at work feels the same way because it's not like I intended to be late at the last day of month end. So overall, positive atmosphere at work. Happy weekend everyone!

I'm glad I live in a small town exactly because of traffic, that's one thing I don't miss about living in the city

Yeah Julie, I'm curious about your garden! Is it like flowers? or Veggies/fruits? I find it so cool how some people really have a hang of it... I'm lousy with plants

Ugh, I envy you. I live in the city my whole life. And that's why I always go the province for vacation. Less traffic, less people, less noise, less of everything.

I have no plans this weekend too so I'm just staying in as well.

I grew up in a super small town (my current one, but when we moved here I was 3 and the town was literally starting), then moved to cities to study when I was 16 til 24 and then came back to my town which is still small but not so bad anymore

I spent the day making icons, we have a thread with themes for icons that change each month and as per usual I left to the last minute to make them So made 30 icons today, and went out to have dinner... that pretty much sums up my Saturday

It's also very relaxing. Living in the city is just too much and we have really terrible traffic here but I can't really move far because I want to be able to visit my mom & grandma anytime I want.

Whoah, 30 icons?!?! How do you do it? It seems to be a lot of work.

Oh yeah Lindsay, living close to family counts a lot My family basically lives here in the small town, so it wasn't a hard decision to come back... although I do miss the buzz of the city which is why I try to travel as much as I can

I made Doom Patrol icons. I usually take a little time to make icons, but I made fairly simple ones so that's why I managed to make them all yesterday
