I don't know...I haven't been out...but I think it's let up and all the snowplows in the city have done streets and store parking lots. The kids are off tomorrow b/c it's Martin Luther King Day...no mail either

there was still an unpaid oversight official issuing us keys daily, but that person is only allowed to work certain hours and no weekend days now. i guess the rotating unpaid people, will eventually be paid for these hours once the shutdown ends, otherwise why would you work for free? i wouldn't, just as a matter of principle in protesting that moron in charge of our country. smh.

It's weird think there are random people who come occasionally to give you all the keys to where you need to go.

And as for re-election... I can see it going either way. People have a tendency to vote with what they're familiar with, not with a different choice, but at the same time tides are changing, so who knows.

we do repairs and new equipment installs/updates in certain buildings, on this contract, but we need access to the buildings, as they belong to the customer(s). what's weird is that sometimes they escort us/watch us, other times they just don't give a hoot and go home, leaving us to lock the place up. lol some security, eh?!
