I think what I love about Diane Lane as Martha Kent though is that I feel for the first time she isn't really taking a backseat to Jonathan Kent. I love Jonathan of course but there are times where I wish I could've seen more of Martha doing a lot more. And I feel with Diane Lane we saw that.
On LnC show, I feel Jonathan and Martha were equals though....

It'd probably be a toss up with Diane Lane and Annette O' Toole.....

Either way am excited to rewatch MoS|BvS cause do remember that Martha had a strong influence and role[s] within Henry's version

^ Yes, Zod in the first one and Lex in the second one. Poor Martha.
And I just love how much they have SHOWN how much Clark and Martha love each other because as I mention... yes we always see it but a lot of the time I feel it's more for Clark/Jonathan.
Or basically Clark just visiting Martha at the farm and that's it.....
I really feel how strong their love is in the DCEU world.

Smallville as the rare time it was different BUT to keep it DCEU Yes so even if both Zod and Lex went after Martha, I do like how much we've been seeing of Martha and her bond with Clark
