Yes especially since it didn't really end last season, it was cut off on a cliff hanger, episode 9 was not the season finale.

Season two was supposed to have 10 episodes, so there's only one episode left.
Considering how weird Doom Patrol is, they could probably get away with doing something unconventional to finish the season, like making it a 2D animated episode or something. __________________

Apparently they've started production. I reckon sometime in 2022 is most likely.
