Shazam is a kid who can transform into an adult with powers, which they call Captain Marvel, when he says "Shazam!" because of who gave him the powers. The kid's name is Billy Batson and that picture is of the kid casted to play him.

oh is that his story oh perfect role for zachary levi im so happy for him he deserves a big role

and i like the kid aswell . why do they call him captain marvel??? ps im watching this movie cause of him i dont knpw much about this comic

That's kind of a complicated story. This is a nice overview of him having the name Captain Marvel since it also involved lawsuits and whatnot about the name.
